This DVD, "Techniques for using Portable Tree Stands for big game hunting", took two years to produce and covers most all of the additional information that hunters want and need to know. It addresses what animals lend themselves to tree stand hunting, what type of hunting weapons benifit from stand hunting and why, what are the different kinds of stands and what are their advantages and disadvantages, what kind of tree characteristics are best suited to the different stand types, where should tree stands be placed, how high in the tree should a stand be placed, how to deal with adverse hunter scent trails, what equipment is needed to install a stand or needed in the tree while using the stand, and how to best camouflage a mounted tree stand. All is presented in a tasteful way using video, photos and graphics with narration explaining the concepts. The DVD is not a hunting film getting deeply involved with the details of an actual hunt but rather presented in an educational format. It provides a great deal of information for the beginning as well as the experienced hunter. It is also ideally suited to support programs such as hunter education classes as it would open the door to many meaningful discussions pertaining to safety and attitudes of the hunting community.

Each shaft within the set weighs the same due to the constant weight design providing greater shaft consistency. This results in superior distance control and a tighter shot dispersion, especially in the scoring clubs where the constant weight concept is needed most. Each shaft is manufactured to exacting weights and balance point positions to ensure consistent flex matching through the set.Constant Weight is a shafting concept in which all of the shafts in a given set of irons will weigh the same regardless of their length. This does not occur with unitized, parallel tip shafts or even certain taper tip shafts that start out as a master shaft, tip trimmed to increase the stiffness and then swaged to form the tapered tip section. As more material is tip trimmed, the shaft becomes progressively lighter the shorter the shaft. This is described as a Descending Weight shaft.If the shaft weight is greater with the same step pattern and length then this equates to increased wall thicknesses. The byproducts are an increasein the overall weight of the club, steeper frequency slope, the tip section becomes stiffer and it even lowers the torque, especially the shorter the shaft. This is why touring professional prefer the constant weight version of a shaft more so than the descending mass model when available for greater control.
