Sonys ICD-V21 is an IC memo recorder designed for fun, but also capable of fulfilling a serious function. Only 48 grams in weight, the "Voice Balloon" is extremely easy to use and has a funky modern design. At the same time it is stylish and unobtrusive. Nearly round in shape, the recorder measures just 6 cm in diameter and will sit comfortably inside a suit pocket. Sony is targeting people who do not yet regularly use memo recorders or those who use conventional recorders only for notes and reminders.
