The all NEW Intimus 45CC3 is a multi-functional shredder that destroys paper, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, staples, paper clips and credit cards. The Integrated Auto Reverse function allows easy removal of jammed paper. The i-Control function makes the shredder user-friendly. 2X2 cut and collect offers separate cutting blocks for digital media. Silentec offers innovative sound dampening and EcoLogic technology gives more energy efficiency. The key to the success of this data shredder lies in the infeed behavior and the geometry of the cutting shafts. Both factors are vital for high performance and for the required shred size. The cutting shafts of the Intimus 45CC series data shredders are made of specially hardened steel. They are wear-free and can handle paper clips and staples. CDs and plastic cards are shred with the same precision in a separate cutting unit. The use of two pairs of cutting cylinders reduces system load and guarantees long service life. i-Control System instantly informs the user of the shredder status: Child safety lockout, oil indicator, bin open, paper jam, bin full and motor overheat lights.
